Fecision Medical Injection Molding Solutions

To provide an accurate quotation, we typically need your 3D CAD files (STEPor IGES format would be better), 2D drawings with tolerances, technical specifications, estimated annual volume, and any special requirements such as surface finish or certification needs.

If you do not have drawings or related materials, but only samples, you can provide them to us for reverse engineering analysis to evaluate the quote.

Absolutely. Our engineering team provides comprehensive DFM analysis to optimize your part for injection molding. We can suggest material alternatives, wall thickness adjustments, draft angle improvements, and gate placement recommendations to improve
manufacturability and reduce costs.

We process a wide range of thermoplastics including ABS, PC, PP, PA/Nylon, PBT, POM, PEI, PEEK, LCP, and glass-filled variants. We also specialize in LSR (liquid silicone rubber) and two-shot molding with TPE/TPU. If you have a specific material requirement, please let us know and we can accommodate. Customer-supplied raw materials are also supported.
